They’re a traffic school in Florida, or to be more accurate, they’re an online school that happens to offer courses in Florida. That means they’ve got all the Florida laws and things in the course, and have tailored it to our needs. I think the NDSS Florida defensive driving school is normally used for people who have been sent to traffic school by a judge or something, but it’ll work just fine for this.
My son will be able to log on, take a few units about defensive driving (I’m particularly going to be interested in making sure he reviews the part about watching out for other parked cars!) and then once he passes the final he can have the keys back. I think that’s pretty fair… it was going to be that or ground him until he’s 40, but I really want him to move out before then!
